Prerequisites
Referrals must be validated as prior patients, and the referred patient must complete the treatment.
No award shall be valid if it is not used within two years after its first distribution under this program.
How to Claim
To earn £100, the patient you refer must undergo treatment worth at least £2000 at Antlara Dental.
If the referral treatment fees reach £5,000 or more, your earnings will be reevaluated by our management team.
